Welcome to the CERN Billiards and Snooker Club!

The club exists since January 2005. A nice full-size snooker table is located in the CERN barracks, together with all of the infrastructure needed: carpet, lights, score-board and most importantly, a Fridge to put the beers in! In 2020, works were launched to strengthen the club room floor, prior to painting, new carpet and re-levelling the table:

COVID-19 Restrictions

  1. Access to the CERN site may vary according to the CERN COVID-19 risk level (i.e. Green, Yellow, Orange, Red).
  2. CERN is currently in Covid-19 Level 1 - Green, meaning that the Snooker Club is open and available to book.
  3. You must follow the Snooker Club COVID-19 Protection Plan.
