Bookings must be made through Indico

You can check current bookings. If the room is shown as free, then you can book it.

Out of respect for the other members, please ensure you cancel any bookings you do not intend to use!

Important Rules Concerning Room Usage:

1. Only fully paid-up members can use the room (no guests) and it is compulsory to have made an Indico reservation. Random checks will be carried out to ensure that only members are using the table. If this rule is violated twice, membership will be cancelled with no entitlement to a refund.
2. The maximum number of members allowed in the room at any one time is four.
